MedRex
A hospital information system where clinical AI runs under these constraints: consent-gated access, tamper-evident encounter trails, auditable inference — and patient data that never leaves the hospital. Pilot: oncology and teaching-hospital workflows in India.
The same execution environment, pointed at markets. An agent acting on live state, on infrastructure it should not have to trust, with every decision reconstructable and every action inside a mandate it can prove.

Five provisional applications filed in India, August 2026 — covering the execution, consent, identity and commitment layers. Bioelectrum is sole IP holder.
The healthcare work is designed to be ABDM-interoperable and DPDP Act 2023-compliant. Claims stay architectural: an architecture is not a compliance certificate.
